POT-POURRI from Picasso to Valdés - The Braglia Collection
September 28 - December 16, 2017
March 29 - June 30, 2018
A hundred works by some fifty artists shape the itinerary of the exhibition POT-POURRI from Picasso to Valdés - The Braglia Collection, a new show promoted by Fondazione Braglia that offers a completely new perspective on the most important exponents of 20th-century art through the intimate and personal gaze of two enthusiastic collectors: Anna and Gabriele Braglia.
Paintings, drawings, and sculptures make up a remarkable collection of artworks assembled between 1957 and presented in a thematically organized installation with Italian artists (Balla, Boccioni, Morandi, Fontana, and Sironi, among others) and artists from the international scene (Doig, Picasso, Magritte, Miró, Valdés, and Warhol, to mention just a few).
